Test Not Loading

The online tests launch in a pop-up window. If the test does not launch, it is likely that you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer.
If you are having any technical issues with the tests or require reasonable adjustments including extra time please contact bnppsupport@aon.com.

Disabling pop-up blockers in your browser

Most browsers include a pop-up blocker tool.
