The Role

This role is to support the Sales Talent Transformation project as the project is now expanding to a larger scope encompassing 8 business areas in Europe, 4 in Asia and 6 in the US. The Program is a multi-million strategic initiative for the Capital Markets section of the bank. The Program Management Officer supports the program lead) in PMO tasks (meeting arrangement and minutes, documenting the program for governance and communication purpose, maintaining up to date roadmaps and action lists) as well as business data deep dives and any other ad hoc action required in the project such as data and process investigation, workshop facilitation.

 

Main duties & responsibilities

- Day to day PMO support to the program lead

- Analyse the business performance and sales productivity

- Active data clean up of client coverage data, liaising with the heads of sales and sales in charge of the relevant accounts
