THE ROLE
The Debt Capital Markets Graduate Programme is a 12 month rotational programme where you will conduct 3 x 4 month rotations.  In addition to experiencing a range of Debt Capital Markets desks across different client bases, you could also have the opportunity to conduct one rotation in a different specialism including; sales, structuring, strategy & research, and trading.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting DCM Marketers in developing client presentations, letters, proposals

- Conduct data analysis on new issues and credit analysis on target clients

- Preparing frequent written market updates/ newsletters

- Assist in the execution of DCM mandates, co-ordinating internal and external resources

CANDIDATE PROFILE
-Analytical, logical and innovative thinker

-Strong drive to exceed expectations and take initiative

-Meticulous accuracy with a keen eye for detail

-Confident verbal communication skills

-Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter

-Team player

-Excellent spoken and written English

-Additional languages are an advantage                

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
-Excellent academic background

-Keen interest and basic understanding in Capital Markets

-Strong organisational and time management skills

-Excellent academic background (bachelor’s degree or higher)

-Strong preference for candidates with intermediate to advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

-Demonstrated interest in current affairs and global finance topics
