JOB ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRUCTURING

- Designing, pricing and marketing derivatives
- Creating innovative products and ideas suited to market conditions and client needs.
- Supporting the marketing efforts through back-testing, presentations
- Interacting closely with Sales, Trading and Clients when needed.
- Contributing to digitalisation of our platform
- Controlling that the product offer is in line with the BNPP trading capacity and policies

TRADING

- Trade execution and short-term risk management

- Aid trading activities by analysing opportunities, producing research and market analysis

- Trading report development, and evaluation of trading strategies and their appropriateness for our customers

- Market commentary and analysis for internal and external distribution

- Development of modelling tools for markets analysis

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Finance, Economics or Engineering background is not a requirement
- Methodical, logical, systematic and solution-driven approach

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

- Excellent academic background in whatever you may be studying
- Strong interest in Capital Markets
- Strong desire and capacity to learn
- Proficient with Ms Office tools, Excel – VBA

- Proficient with coding languages
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Strong mathematical, analytical & quantitative skills

VOTRE MISSION

STRUCTURING

-Modélisation, pricing et mise en marché de dérivés

- Création produits innovants et d’idées adaptées aux conditions de marchés et aux besoins de clients.

- Contribution à l’activité marketing via des présentations et des contrôles à posteriori.

- Interaction avec des équipes de Sales, Trading et les clients.

-Contribution à la digitalisation de notre plateforme.

- Contrôle du respect des offres de produits avec la politique et les capacités de trading de BNPP.

TRADING

- Exécution d’ordres et gestion des risques à court terme

- Support des activités de trading par l’analyse d’opportunités, productions d’études et analyses de marché.

- Elaboration d’un report de développement et évaluation des stratégies de trading ainsi que leur pertinence pour notre clientèle.

- Analyse du marché aux fins de distribution interne et externe.

- Développement d’outils de modélisation pour les études de marché.

PROFIL

- Formation en finance, en économie ou école d’ingénieur n’est pas un prérequis.

- Esprit méthodique, logique avec une approche orientée sur des solutions.

- Créatif et esprit d’initiative

- Proactif et volonté de dépasser les attentes

- Multitâche et maitrise de la gestion du temps

- Capacité d’analyse et de jugement

- Attention au détail

- Bonne communication orale

- Esprit d’équipe

- Anglais courant, la maitrise d’une autre langue est un plus
