Brazil - VIE - Corporate Finance - M&A - Analyst

Tasks

• Analytical support in the analysis of comparable company financial information including reviewing publicly available financial data and developing trading multiples
• Analytical support in the analysis of comparable M&A transactions including reviewing publicly available financial data and developing transaction multiples
• Development of company valuation (Discounted Cash Flow) models
• Active involvement in the development of marketing materials to current and prospective clients
• Support of the execution of M&A mandates
• Completion of research projects including the use of various financial databases
• Assist other professionals in the day-to-day completion of required corporate finance assignments
