KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage schedule of senior manager(s) calendar

  • coordinate with other project and program managers
  • develop agendas for key meetings (based on manager feedbacks)
  • minute certain key meetings

 

Project Management

  • define deliverables for simple tasks
  • assist to assign deliverables for these
  • follow up on deadlines
  • summarize deliverables and shortfalls
  • complete powerpoints for circulation of information

 

Programme Analysis

  • review of key numbers and metrics (compare to previous and compare to expected values)
  • explain differences by chasing key contributors (those that understand the numbers)
  • set goals based on analysis findings

 

Summarize documents

  • read documents to extract and (re-)distribute key messages.
  • Summarize internal and external papers on topics (specializations to be developed)

 

Run Spreadsheets

  • Run certain spreadsheets to deposit numbers in designated areas.
  • Chase junior staff in Lisbon for their contributions on data input runs.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong interest for Global Finance; lending, trading, capital markets, regulations
  • Proficient on Excel and other Ms Office tools (any other computer skills are beneficial)
  • Team spirit
  • Adaptable
  • Multi-task capacity
  • Language skills: English (fluency required), French (spoken required)

  • Demonstrate proactivity, transparency, and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks
  • Consider the implications of your actions on colleagues
