Paris - Long Term Internship - Corporate Banking - Corporate Acquisition Finance Analyst

Responsibilities :

Corporate Acquisition Finance team’s mission is to (i) originate and structure acquisitions financing granted to corporate ranging from large corporates (CAC 40 companies) to medium size companies and (ii) obtain credit committee approval. The team works in close relationships with other departments of the bank such as corporate finance, rating advisory, debt and equity capital markets.

As a full member of the team covering French clients and working with associates and directors, key responsibilities will include:

- Transaction and credit analysis (preparation of credit memo, research on specific items,…);

- Financial statements forecasts modeling;

- Marketing material (pitches) preparation.

Profile :

- Top ranked engineer and business schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, X, Mines, Centrale, Telecom, etc.)

- Previous experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, audit, financial control would be appreciated.

- Technical skills:

- Native French speaking / Fluent in English

- Basic knowledge in portfolio management, good knowledge in finance and accounting.

- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

- Soft skills:

- Ability to work in a team, ability to deliver (reliability), rigorous, commitment.

- Strong analytical and technical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
