The Global Markets Corporate Network team is a unique cross-asset team of 6 persons, who act as Global Markets experts for the French Domestic Network (Mid Caps Corporate Client), by offering the full set of Global Markets products: FX, Rates, Structured Investments Products, and Commodities. Each member of the team has one or two market specialties. The team provides commercial and technical support to all the Mid-Corporate Sales located in France and Luxemburg.

The Graduate is based in Paris within the Global Markets Corporate Network Team.

JOB ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Designing, pricing and marketing commodity derivatives
- Creating innovative products and ideas suited to market conditions and client needs.
- Supporting the marketing efforts through clients’ presentations and events linked to commodities topics
- Interacting closely with Sales, Trading and Clients when needed.
- Contributing to digitalization of our platform
- Controlling that the product offer is in line with the BNPP trading capacity and policies

This role will allow the candidate to join a performing front office team and to actively participate to the success of its business. He will have the opportunity to handle the commodity derivatives activity with another marketer, and will have the capacity to put in place new initiatives to build a strong franchise.

Thank to this position, the candidate will develop both its technical and commercial skills on a strategic underlying, and will also gain an exposure to the other products.

- Excellent academic background in whatever you may be studying
- Commodities, Forex and derivatives markets knowledge.
- Strong desire and capacity to learn
- Proficient with Ms Office tools, Excel – VBA and other coding languages are an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Strong mathematical, analytical & quantitative skills

Le Graduate est basé à Paris au sein de l’équipe Global Markets Corporate Network.

VOTRE MISSION

Vous intégrez l’équipe « Global Markets Corporate Network France » pour prendre en charge l’activité Produits Dérivés de Matières Premières, et assurer un accompagnement technique et commercial des vendeurs BDDF basés en salles des marchés régionales sur ce business. Vous assurez notamment les missions suivantes :

- Modélisation, pricing et élaboration des supports marketing des produits dérivés de Matières Premières   - Création de produits innovants et d’idées adaptées aux conditions de marchés et aux besoins de clients.

- Mise en place de présentations et évènements clients liés au marché des matières premières

- Interaction avec des équipes de Sales, Trading et les clients.

- Contribution à la digitalisation de notre plateforme.

- Génération de l’offre Produit dans le respect de la politique de distribution de la banque et de ses capacités de trading

Cette position permettra au candidat de rejoindre une équipe Front Office performante, et de participer activement au succès collectif du dispositif. Il, ou elle, aura l’opportunité de prendre en charge l’activité Matières Premières et de construire une franchise de référence sur cet item. Via ce role, la personne recrutée développera à la fois ses capacités techniques et commerciales sur ce sous-jacent stratégique.

Elle pourra à terme évoluer sur d’autres sous-jacents.
