The Corporate Finance CEE, CIS & Israel team based in London is responsible for originating and executing transactions across the region and various sectors.  

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as an intern, your role will include:

  • Supporting marketing activities of senior team members (i.e. support drafting of pitch books, market research, company profiles etc.)
  • Financial modelling (DCF, multiples based valuation, LBOs etc.)
  • Assisting in conducting M&A market research and analysis
  • Being responsible for transaction support in execution (e.g. managing / maintaining virtual data rooms, investors Q&A, support drafting transaction materials - IMs, management presentations, valuation reports etc.)
  • Performing due diligence, analysing companies
  •

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Strong academic  record, ideally in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Financial Analysis, Valuation or Corporate Strategy
  • Previous internship experience in M&A / ECM
  • High level of technical skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quantitative skills, experience in financial modelling will be very advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English     
  • Are fluent in at least one CEE language (preference for Polish)
