ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and Maintains volumes, profitability and pricing strategy of the regional deposit base for Sight and Term
  • Develops and monitors complete vanilla deposit products range (sight and term)
  • Interfaces with the following stakeholders: CTTS Hub Heads, TB EMEA local Cash Management Heads, CTTS Strategy team

Monitoring:

  • Collection strategy (volumes per currency & country Sight and Term)
  • Pricing strategy (flooring policy, sight pricing matrices for credit/debit conditions and re-pricing strategy)
  • Profitability (NIM budget, Forecast & monitoring, systematic client base repricing, FTP grids, billing leakages)
  • Incentives management (NFA budget, Forecast and monitoring, eligible clients, calculation methodology)
  • Derogation management (external Premium approvals, threshold on negative currencies)
  • Country intraday liquidity (calibration of envelops based on business needs and local constraints)
  • CTTS FX revenue monitoring and budget forecasting
  • Client classification monitoring – Operational, non-operational, corporate, financial etc.
  • Analyse the deposit portfolio to determine stability and stickiness

Communicating:

  • Monitoring of volumes and communication of daily volumes and large client movements to Cash Heads
  • Country Cash position (daily calculation and communication to local ALM-T)
  • Currencies (ability to support a given currency in a country and/or a cash pooling arrangement)
  • FTP Pricing Grid communication and identifying impacts.

 

Systems and Processes:

  • Assisting with the development of client information databases (client cockpits and big data manipulation)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and eliminate any operational risk generated within their scope

Expected contributions:

  • Accuracy and efficiency of monitoring and reporting
  • Quality of all output produced, including communications to key stakeholders
  • Value add provided to key projects and initiative.

 

Technical skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or school leaver with good academics
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to write and speak accurately, precisely and concisely
  • Excellent data analysis skills within MS Excel
  • Ability to process large amounts of information, synthesising important points
  • Excellent attention to detail and care
  • Strong organisation skills with a proven ability to deliver
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to write and speak accurately, precisely and concisely
  • Full fluency in English is essential.
