Position Summary

Context

The Roll-out of CENTRIC portal started in 2013 for APAC and MEA, in 2014 for Europe followed by the Americas in 2016.

Two key objectives of the eBanking Corporate Distribution team are to :

  • Leverage the bank client base and improve cross-selling between business lines with regards to CIB corporates
  • Market BNPP technology in order to support new mandates acquisition / existing mandates development and further the development of the CENTRIC portal

Role

This role will help manage and support the distribution of the CENTRIC transversal portal and its underlying applications across various business lines towards corporate clients. Distribution pipeline is made of existing and new eBanking clients and is focused on equipment and usage of the eBanking products suite. The role also includes responsibility to ensure the client is properly on boarded as well as to capture client feedback that will be shared with DB4C team members.

The role will strongly interact with coverage, business lines, support teams and other DB4C team members (UX/product, implementation, usage, BI, marketing, approval, management) with the goal to serve CIB clients and Domestic Markets (DM) clients, on all their CENTRIC-related needs. Contacts with clients are made in liaison with Coverage and Sales as the role does not include client ownership; the ability to build and animate a strong partnership with internal counterparties will be the role’s main success factor.

The position offers a lot of visibility across geographies and business lines which should contribute to personal development within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

·       Act as an eBanking specialist by proactively liaising with (and upon request from) RMs and Sales,

·       Identify and propose client targets and approach to RMs and Sales

·       Propose and work with relevant DB4C teams and / or other parties (e.g. GM marketing…) to adapt Client pitches according to client

·       Synchronize commercial and enablement approach for multi-country / multi-business clients focusing and Corporates

·       Contribute to client meetings & follow-up for the eBanking part (incl. enablement, T&C & related communication). Preparing client meetings ahead of the meeting (understanding client profile (client activity/products, geographical footprint, business volume with BNPP if any, possible target products and services, potential users within the client, what value added we could bring…)

·       Develop eBanking franchise and support new flows acquisition via dedicated campaigns with business lines and animation of clients’ spontaneous requests via CENTRIC

·       Follow up eBanking metrics and share them in commercial animation forums and within DB4C

·       Support existing eBanking clients upgrade to CENTRIC : ad-hoc demo presentations and equipment follow up

Spread the “Centric” knowledge & digital culture, by performing CENTRIC presentations internally or externally (Client Demos, Internal BNPP events…)

Role Requirements

·       Experience or knowledge of Sales, Coverage or Relationship management roles, background in Global Markets or Transaction Banking would be an advantage

·       Strong client relationship management skills

·       Understanding of eBanking products and distribution

·       Experience in a client facing role, with a high level of interaction with clients and support functions is a plus

·       Strong communication skills with a commercial focus

·       Ability to manage stakeholders and frame client answers in a complex environment (multi-product and multi-country)
