The Leveraged Finance UK   Team

At   the crossroads of lending and capital markets, BNP PARIBAS CIB designs   financing solutions for clients on a worldwide level and manages the full   spectrum from origination, structuring and underwriting to distribution on   the loan syndications markets. The team regroups dozen individuals   structuring acquisition debt financing for Private Equity funds clients in a   context of a Leveraged Buy-out of UK Corporates.

  Your Role  

The intern role will be:

-     Being responsible for transaction support which includes financial analysis/modelling, market and company research and due diligence review.

-     Supporting marketing activities of senior team members

Profile

Requirements:

-     Strong analytical skills & strong technical skills with past experience in Debt Financing, in a PE firm or M&A as a plus

-     Sound verbal and written communication ability in English

-     Highly motivated and able to perform under pressure / tight deadlines and high-level and demanding clients (top US and European PE firms)
