Paris - Long term internship - Corporate Banking - Corporate Debt Platform - Syndication

Work environment :

Within the Loan Syndication team (25 persons), the Intern assists and helps to the Execution of the Syndicated transactions.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and update Marketing Materials for the Origination teams which cover French and Belgian Corporates, Leveraged, Project Finance and Energy &Commodity clients.

- Assist in the internal reporting

- Help in the closing of syndicated transactions

Overview of the objectives :

- The Intern will develop a good knowledge of the Syndication markets by being involved at several stages of the Syndication process.

- By working in close relationship with several Origination teams, the Intern will better understand the “Structured Finance” business lines organisation.

- In his/her daily organisation, the Intern will learn to prioritise his/her workload and therefore gain a relative autonomy by the end of the Internship.

- Involved with a diverse team, the Inter will learn to position him/herself.

Profile :

Business School, Engineering School or University / with a specialisation in Finance.

Previous knowledge of the banking industry (previous internship) is preferred.

- IT (Microsoft Pack Office); Bloomberg is a plus

- Basic knowledge of Corporate Balance Sheet

- Basic knowledge of Corporate Banking

- Fluent in French and English
