BNP Paribas Corporate Trade and Treasury Services (CTTS):

BNP Paribas CTTS is a business lines that provides the bank’s large corporate relationship with solutions to their flow banking needs. It includes the Transaction Banking business of the bank with specific product lines: Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management and Liquidity and Investment management.

CTTS is part of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) unit of the BNP Paribas.

Context :

The CTTS Strategy team is a small team, operating as a cell, working on a range of recurrent and ad hoc assignments of central importance to the strategic development and management of the business. The team works closely with CTTS management and Head of Businesses on subjects that will enable further development of business lines.

The team is split in between Paris and London and works in close coordination with counterparts across the bank (locally and globally).

The team mission statement is threefold:

-Lead strategic initiatives for businesses-Produce and share market intelligence on Transaction Banking main trends-Communities and Strategic coordination

The scope is worldwide including all Transaction Banking businesses and Regions.
 

Mission Statement:

As a full member of the team your role will cover two areas of responsibilities:

1 – Follow up and co-animate CTTS communities

Communities are the newly collaborative forum gathering Transaction Banking specialist on strategic issues

2 – Analysis of business cases to support the team.

This role will consist of working on detailed analysis of a range of business cases relevant to CTTS as well as recurrent projects that necessitate a detailed level of execution.

An overview of some of the roles’ responsibilities :

* Lead CTTS community of experts by closely following up the exchanges, monitoring the traffic, supporting the project and assisting the members when needed.

* Strategy support : Assist in the planning, analysis and execution of strategic CTTS missions

* Market Intelligence : Support the market intelligence and benchmarking stream with detailed analysis of industry trends and development, as well as bank and non-bank (i.e. fintech...) competitors

* Internal coordination : Quickly develop and maintain a range of internal relationships within different business lines and regions

In addition to bringing you a valuable experience in Transaction Banking, you will interact with Head of Businesses and Experts within the different Regions.
