ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Market – Institutional Sales intern will help the global sales team drive this multi-billion euro business forward to take BNP Paribas to the next level. You will a vital member to the global team seeking to grow the revenues with our top 100 institutional clients. This role will require someone who has a passion for the financial markets and a strong work ethic to accomplish the key objectives for the team. Working in the fast-paced environment of the trading floor, you must be knowledgeable about the sales, trading and client dynamics and be able to quickly assimilate information to provide well thought out presentations and analytical analysis to senior managers. best opportunities and strategies for clients to achieve their expected goals.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze investor segments, competitor overviews and consultant reports
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of different client businesses
  • Develop executive briefing books for senior management meetings
  • Take lead responsibility for key projects, business presentations and client presentations
  • Interact and build relationships with institutional client facing sales, traders, research professionals to understand their needs, and help deliver accordingly.

  • Excellent spoken and written English are crucial and other languages are a definite advantage in this field as you will ideally converse with your clients in their native language.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Previous related internship or work experience in consulting, strategic development, financial services and/or investment banking
  • Experience in using excel, powerpoint and performing research registration.
