Department Overview

IT & Operation (ITO) is the largest function of BNP Paribas CIB as it represents 11,000 people over 43 countries, servicing CIB businesses, developing IT systems and managing Middle and Back Offices globally.

CLM ITO aims at delivering an ever swifter on-boarding and providing a constant high-quality service and support to the clients.

The Performance & Efficiency Team is in charge of monitoring the performance of Client Management Operations, IT and Organisations (worldwide), allowing identification of areas of improvement.

As a Performance & Efficiency Analyst you will have to control, assist and monitor the financial process from the beginning to the end.

Role Responsibilities

As part of the Performance & Efficiency (P&E) Team you will:

• Audit and perform Sanity Checks on financial reports (direct/allocated costs, allocation keys)
• Advise Department  Managers and support them in the context of allocation keys review and Budget exercise
• Analyse monthly costs for all CLM departments to monitor if they comply with budget target
• Analyse & Optimize  the financial process and coordinate between different stakeholders (CLM managers, Finance, ITO Project Office and local sites: France, UK, Europe, Americas, APAC)
• Single point of contact for all queries on CLM Budget, Actuals, Forecast and allocation keys (e.g. new projects PnL simulations, Budget structure, Headcount Phasing, cost  details etc.)
• Assist CLM management on CIB of Tomorrow project

Role Competencies

• Student from top-ranking  Business Schools and universities
• High level of English and  French
• A previous experience in financial control and/or audit would be appreciated
• Advanced-level of Excel (some basics in VBA would be a plus) and a good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Taste for figures and analysis
• Be autonomous, adaptable and pro-active
• Be rigorous, hard-working  and organized
• Have great interpersonal  skills and enjoy team-working
