Paris - Long Term Internship - Corporate Banking - Corporate Debt Platform - Acquisition Finance

Work environment :

Corporate Acquisition Finance team’s mission is to originate and structure acquisitions financing granted to corporate ranging from large corporates (CAC 40 companies) to medium size companies and obtain credit committee approval. The team works in close relationships with other departments of the bank such as corporate finance, rating advisory, debt and equity capital markets.

Context and stakes of the apprenticeship : Provide a support to the CAF team.

Main Activities :

-For large and midcap French clients
-In the context of the team’s marketing activities: help prepare client pitches, set up financial models, maintain the team’s general marketing slides
-Carry out portfolio follow up

Additional Responsibilities :

•As a full member of the team covering French clients and working with associates and directors, key responsibilities will include:
-Transaction and credit analysis (preparation of credit memo, research on specific items,…);
- Financial statements forecasts modeling;
- Marketing material (pitches) preparation.
