VIE M&A Analyst

Our Corporate Finance department offers advisory services for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), primary Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions and balance sheet restructuring, combining the expertise across 9 sector groups with a focused international approach.

Support  the Corporate Finance UK team (CF UK) based in London, and its activities in M&A.

The objective of this team is to cover the UK and Ireland in their development of marketing measures with potential customers as well as to obtain mandates (money orders) of M&A and to execute them.

In this context, the main missions of this VIE are:

- to conduct sectorial and geographical researches,

- to prepare client pitches,

- to conduct analysis and financial assessments,

- to contribute to mandates executions (Teaser, InfoMemo, Q&A, Dataroom, etc...)

Technical skills and qualifications required for the role

• strong academic background aquired either in a business school, engineering school or equivalent (penultimate year of study)
• strong interest for financial industry
• strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• proficient with MS Office, Powerpoint and Word
• English (fluency required)
