Business Overview:

BNP Paribas is a European financial services leader with a global presence, 185,000 employees and key positions in three major regions : Americas, EMEA and APAC and two segments : Retail Banking & Services, and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).

Within the EMEA region of CIB, the Junior Change Leader will join the Transformation Team supporting the Corporate Coverage. Its mission is to ensure a continuous improvement of efficiency and service across the Corporate Coverage EMEA organization. In particular, the Transformation Team is in charge of the TOP (Transform to OutPerform) programme.

Position Description:

TOP is a Front Office Change programme initiated in January 2014 as an enabler to achieve the Corporate Banking Europe Industrial Plan. It has been confirmed in 2015 as a key driver of change management in the context of the CIB of Tomorrow programme.

The TOP programme aims at boosting commercial performance and making productivity gains by changing the way EMEA Corporate Coverage teams are managed and structure their client activity.

TOP is focused on concrete and relevant changes in the way Corporate Coverage EMEA teams interact with their ecosystem, work, and address their customer needs.

The methodology of TOP is based on :

- investigating the business working practices,

- identifying areas for potential improvement in a holistic manner (around 5 dimensions : Optimisation of processes, Team management, Mindset and behaviour, Organisation and skills, Customer knowledge)

- work with managers and selected team members to help them design solutions and transform their business so that they take an active part to improve the way they work with the help of the TOP Team.

TOP is run internally by a team of 3 Change Leaders, all formerly senior bankers, supported by junior profiles. The project has started in Germany, and has already been deployed in UK, the Nordic region, Spain, the Netherlands, etc, and will progressively roll out over the entire Corporate Coverage EMEA footprint, through typical 3-month waves on site.

Key Responsabilities:

As part of the Team, the Junior Change Leader has the responsibility to :

- Support Change Leaders during the various phases of the wave: diagnosis, design and implementation phases (eg. during workshops, interviews of clients or bankers, for implementation of new working and management practices)

- Take part in all interactions or directly interact with the different coverage/support teams to request/gather relevant information to complete the progamme

- Carry-out analysis from the different data obtained during the progamme (eg. Data analysis, time writing, portfolio analysis, network analysis, team survey)

- Support Change Leaders in the preparation of the various building blocks of a wave (bootcamp, kick-off meetings, Steering Committees, sustainability updates)

Work Experience:

A first training in bank or in consulting is a plus

Educational Requirements:

Undergraduate Degree

Languages :

English is primary working language / Good Level in French

Travel :

Some travels in European countries may be required but mainly roll out in France in the Second half of 2017
