Who we are

The Fundamental Research team is composed of three analysts, located on the trading floor and covering the major European stocks.

Our team handles the dividend estimates for the trading floor, based on in-depth financial analysis of companies’ results, and assessments of their prospects and their economic environment.

We are also in contact with companies’ investor relation departments.

We monitor the news flow that could trigger a change in derivatives pricing of the companies we cover. We keep track of the upcoming catalysts that are likely to influence derivatives pricing.

A follow-up of dividends tax treatments subject to different countries and the form of the distribution is being performed by our team.

 

The role

You will assist the Fundamental Research team and will work in cooperation with traders:

- You will be in charge of updating the internal pricing data base and will communicate the related impacts to traders

- You will monitor the news flow of the covered stocks and with an analyst, inform traders about potential risks

- You will keep track the corporate calendar of the companies in our perimeter

- You will ensure the compilation of the dividend data by index or expiry

- You will participate in the improvement of existing tools

 

What we’re looking for

- Graduated from a Business/Engineering School

- English and French are pre-requisites, Spanish would be appreciated

- Good communication skills

- Genuine interest for the financial markets and financial analysis

- Successfully work under pressure

- Not reluctant to repetitive tasks

- Knowledge in Excel is mandatory, VBA would be a plus.

Location: London

Duration: Minimum 6 months, ideally 11 months

Salary: Competitive
