BNP Paribas Corporate Finance is involved in ECM deals (both buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates, advice on financial strategy and on privatisations) and primary equity market activities (IPOs, capital increases, secondary placements, convertible and exchangeable bond issues, etc.). It is the leading corporate finance player in France and among the top 10 in the EU.
The intern's role will be to assist Corporate Finance professionals from ECM team, in marketing and executing transactions.
The tasks will include market analysis throught studies of market datas, equity and equity linked french and european transactions, and supporting ECM teams throught out originations and executions of transactions.
The position requires previous experience as an intern in the fields of finance or audit.
Languages required: English compulsory, French or local language desirable.
