Apprenticeship (one year) in Paris starting beggining of September 2017

Work Environment:

Corporate Clients Financing and Advisory (CCFA) is in charge of bringing all the bank expertise together to address the investment and financing needs of our CIB Corporate clients in a seamless way. CCFA gathers all types of Coverage, the Financing businesses and Corporate Finance. Corporate Trade and Treasury Solutions (CTTS) is in charge of efficiently delivering a transversal and industrialized platform for our Corporate clients’ flow banking needs, including a reinforcement of our presence for the activities of cash management, trade finance & deposits.
The Marketing Corporate EMEA team is in charge of managing transversal client-related marketing projects for the CCFA and CTTS bankers and products teams.

Main Activities:

You will contribute to a wide variety of strategic marketing initiative ranging from client satisfaction, thought leadership, benchmarking, advertising and sponsoring.
In addition, you will learn how to publish news and content, and launch invitations to forums organised by the team, on our collaborative platform (Sharepoint portal).

1. Project Management : Client advocacy program
- Participate in launch of a new client satisfaction project and follow it through all stages (planning, implementation, monitoring, follow up)
- Prepare client questionnaires
- Establish lists of target clients and contacts in cooperation with relationship managers
- Coordinate the initiative with coverage, business line and country stakeholders
- Consolidate client feedback
- Analyse key aspects of client relationship

2. Benchmark
- Update financial figures, analyse data and produce a quarterly synthesis of the results
- Coordinate and set up an operational committee to present bi-annual benchmark analysis by country

3. Sharepoint and social media :
- Creation of web pages within the intern site Sharpeoint for the Marketing Corporate team and different business lines
- Sharepoint administration: news and content posts, forum invitations
- Prepare pitches of the initiative for internal and external communication
