Event -- Women in Capital Markets (24 October 2016)

For us, promoting a diverse workforce isn’t just the right thing to do. It makes sound business sense. It opens up a range of different perspectives to business challenges. It also enables us better serve our clients and represent the markets we operate in.

We know investment banking often isn’t the first career choice for female students. You may have preconceptions about our industry. That’s why we’re inviting you to find out more about Global Markets at BNP Paribas – and potentially be considered for a front-office role – by attending our Women in Capital Markets event.

Held at one of our Marylebone offices, the event will consist of: 

-          An overview of Global Markets at BNP Paribas, delivered by one of our senior leaders

-          A rotational discussion session where you’ll meet female front-office colleagues and discuss a topic relevant to Global Markets (we’ll let you know the topics in advance)

-          An interactive group exercise

-          A short networking session

Our aim is not only to provide you with an insight into Global Markets at BNP Paribas, but also to identify strong potential talent for our 2017 opportunities and where possible fast track candidates through the application process.
